Give a cat a home
Through the end of August, the Rockingham County Humane Society has adult cats for adoption at one-half the normal adoption fee (the reduced price is $35). The cats are already spayed/neutered, so this is a significant savings to have a lovable, adult cat to chill with you for the rest of the summer and keep your feet warm this winter!! Even MochaMutt can detect a win-win situation here!!

Some readers might wonder what the heck cats have to do with coffee. Cats talk to you while you're brewing coffee, especially if they're waiting for breakfast. Cats will watch the birds in the backyard with you while you sip your morning coffee. Cats will wake you up at 5 a.m. so you can start drinking coffee as early as possible. 'Nuf said.
